A modern complex of hotel facilities with spa services. It is a major project in progress that includes the repair and strengthening of existing reinforced concrete and masonry wall buildings, strengthening of existing foundations with concrete, construction of two large swimming pools located in the spa and the yard area of the hotel.

Furthermore, an underground tunnel connecting the hotel with the beach was also constructed using sprayed concrete method. It’s a work which is located right after the archeological site of the Apolon Temple from which a single column is preserved as a remain of the past.
